1. Introduction

Yamas is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") describes the information we collect from users of our Yamas App (hereinafter the App) and how we use it.

When you use the Application, we may collect the following information:

• Personal information: name, surname, email address, telephone number, postal address

• Login information: username, password

• Payment information: credit card type, credit card number, expiry date

• Location information:location of your device (if you have enabled location)

• Navigation information: pages visited, links clicked, searches performed

• Device information: device type, operating system, unique identification number

3. Use of Collected Information

The information collected is used for the following purposes:

• Provide the services of the Application: property search, communication with owners, payment of reservations

• Improve user experience: personalize search results, offer targeted offers and promotions

• Analyze Application usage: improve Application performance, identify bugs and fix them

• Ensure the security of the Application: prevent fraud and abuse

4. Sharing of Collected Information

The information collected is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. However, we may share the information collected with third parties in the following cases:

• Service Providers: We may share the information collected with service providers who help us provide the services of the Application, such as payment processors and hosting providers

• Legal Authorities: We may share information collected with legal authorities if required by law or if we believe it is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others

5. Retention of collected information

The information collected is kept as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Login and payment details are kept for 10 years. Location information and navigation information are kept for 2 years. Other information collected is kept for 1 year.

Users have the following rights:

• Right of access: users have the right to access the information collected about them

• Right of rectification: users have the right to rectify the information collected about them if it is inaccurate or incomplete

• Right of erasure: Users have the right to request the erasure of information collected about them

• Right to limit processing: Users have the right to limit the processing of information collected about them

• Right of objection: users have the right to object to the processing of information collected about them

• Right to data portability: Users have the right to receive information collected about them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format

8. Policy Amendment

Yamas reserves the right to change the Policy at any time. Changes to the Policy will be notified to users by email. The user who continues to use the Application after notification of the changes is deemed to have accepted the said changes.
